Sometimes it’s not as simple as, “Just Do It”

Nike’s brilliant tagline, “Just Do It” has been a personal mantra and rally cry for me for 30 years. It was crystal clear and very simple.

But that’s not the case for many people. They have shared with me their challenges of being frozen, stuck, and frustrated and saying “JUST DO IT” means nothing to them… especially when they don’t know WHAT to do.

It doesn’t motivate them, when they are gripped in fear and afraid to do ANYTHING.

On the video below, I share how to apply Nike’s words, Just Do It, to our lives to experience life changing and long-term, positive outcomes.
