I KNOW What Everybody Wants. Watch this video to find out….

The past few weeks, I’ve been asking my clients, friends, and colleagues this simple question…. “What do you Want?”

Some of them have answered the question quickly and for others it took a few moments for them to think about the question because they are so busy serving others that they haven’t taken the time to think about WHAT THEY WANT.

Everyone I asked, “What Do You Want”, shared that they want SUPPORT WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK FOR IT.

They want people to –

  1. Check on them
  2. Ask them how they can help them
  3. Provide a kind word of encouragement
  4. Offer a listening hear
  5. Give them a safe and trusted place they can ask questions and get insight and wisdom (without judgement)

Last week, I attended the book release event for three (3) of my friends. I’ve had the privilege of being a confidant and resource for them during the process of writing their books. Also, I spent time with friends and colleagues and we laughed, shared, and uplifted each other.

Supporting people is my DNA. I love helping others reach their targets and goals.

And what I’ve discovered to be true…supporting others, does not diminish our dreams and goals.

Thank you very much Becky A. Davis for this AWESOME Shirt.  #ISupportHer
