    Thanks for sharing Sheri! You’re 100% correct. When I forget step 1, I notice my day is just not the same. It’s hard to miss a step when your day starts wrong, but that’s when I have to hit the reset button and go back to my base. Keep the vlogs coming!

      YES!!! It’s all starts with the still time in prayer and meditation. And as you know, PRAISE!! And I have recently discovered the power of step 3. Focusing on the progress I am making in my health, the quality time I spend laughing with my family and friends, and other non-work related areas of my life has allowed me to have a more positive mindset and energy. This commitment to celebrating the forward movement in other areas of my life has been a game changer for me!!! Much Love, my friend.
